6lbCoarsely ground pork
  Shoulder
3tbAnd 1 tsp salt
3tsMarjoram
4 Cloves garlic
1 1/2tsGround black pepper
2 1/2cnWater

Mix well and stuff into casings. Tie off at 4" intervals. Can be frozen.
