6	lb	Coarsely ground pork
		Shoulder
3	tb	And 1 tsp salt
3	ts	Marjoram
4		Cloves garlic
1 1/2	ts	Ground black pepper
2 1/2	cn	Water

Mix well and stuff into casings. Tie off at 4" intervals. Can be frozen.
